ABOUT ME

I am a motivated undergraduate student at Northeastern University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in software. My interests lay primarily in FinTech, Internet of Things, and Aerospace - but I love to explore new aspects of technology. I have experience consulting on an international eCommerce company's IoT roll-out, developing analytics for a startup that produces cloud-based real-time monitoring solutions, modeling the trajectories of balloon launches at Wallops Flight Facility, and am currently interning as a software engineer at JPL working with the SWOT team on a cloud based science data processing system. I have worked hard to foster strong programming practices through industry experience, personal projects, and a heavy academic computer science course load.

EXPERIENCE

  • Working with the Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) Team to explore how the ocean absorbs atmospheric heat and carbon
  • Developing tools, documentation, and dashboards for NASA's first Earth Science Mission with all processing done in AWS
  • Building training materials for JPL's Hybrid Cloud Science Data System, AWS, and the ELK Stack
  • Researched Key Performance Indicators to aid in developing a launch success decision tool
  • Aggregated and upgraded existing Fortran scripts into a single Python program to determine the maximum ascent stress index during launches
  • Developed an interior-point algorithm to optimize a nonlinear payload-material stress/strain model


  • Assisted in the build-out of an analytics library on next generation Python based framework
  • Worked alongside software developers and subject matter experts to translate algorithms into commercially viable products and services
  • Collaborated with technical teams for development, deployment, and application of applied, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
